The tangy afterbite of sour gravy, the the rich umami of beef, the perfect charcoal wok-smell of fried rice, and a plethora of other tastes will inspire chef Ivan Yeo as he designs a multi-course dinner experience filled with flavours of Orchard Road’s past.
