Would you guess that this iconic stretch of road was where a hawker centre started in a carpark, where our love of American-style fast food was born, and where fine dining Russian cuisine was served?


The tangy afterbite of sour gravy, the the rich umami of beef, the perfect charcoal wok-smell of fried rice, and a plethora of other tastes will inspire chef Ivan Yeo as he designs a multi-course dinner experience filled with flavours of Orchard Road’s past.
